Who is eligible? You are eligible for free ceiling insulation if you:
* Ceiling insulation will be deemed as having negligible effectiveness if it is at or below 0.5 r-value. Examples include some homes that have sarking only and homes that have very old loose fill insulation that has moved. Landlords can apply for the assistance for each of their tenanted rental properties and also apply for the home owner-occupier rebate if applicable.
